[REVIEW] - Barbie Eye Gossip Aqua

Sorry that it has been so long since I've last posted but I just got a job (YAY!). However, I have been taking pictures and recording some videos so I can have some things to work on when I do find the time! Without any further ado, here is a lens review!

I usually get my circle lens from honeycolor because they have most of the styles I like and they are pretty quick with their shipping. I haven't had any troubles with their shipping or their products so whenever I need new lens, I would head over for a quick shop. Recently, however, I wanted to try some new styles and have more options! I've always heard of Pinkyparadise but have never ordered from there, so I was a bit skeptical. Also, their prices a bit more expensive compared to honeycolor. So as a trial, I picked three styles that weren't available on honeycolor and decided to try out Pinkyparadise.

Unfortunately I can't comment on their shipping because I actually had it express shipped to me (I ran out of contact lens to wear) so I'm not sure which site is faster. Another unfortunate event was that I never got a shipping e-mail from them so I never knew that it shipped. I missed the first delivery time and had to check constantly for the second delivery from FedEx. I do have to say, however, that I love that I got different contact cases! When I ordered from honeycolor, they gave me 10 pig cases and it was hard to differentiate.

Overall, my experience with Pinkyparadise was pleasant and I don't mind re-ordering from their site if I want to try out some styles that honeycolor do not offer. Moving on from my opinions about the two sites, here is the lens review you've been waiting for!

Skincare Routine

Yay for new video update! I decided to make a video on my skincare routine because there are a lot of products I want to recommend and this was the easiest way for me to do that. My skin is combination oily and I am prone to blemishes and acne. It took a lot of trials and errors in selecting products! Hopefully this video would help anyone out there looking for new products.

Also keep in mind that everyone's skin is different. What might work for me might not work for you so be sure to ask for a sample of a product before you commit to buying or keep all receipts if you must return the product!

[NOTD] - Champagne!

I had a recent haul of nail polishes and I thought I'll show them off in a NOTD! I love the glitters that have recently been hitting the shelves. They're not all fine glitter, but more chunky and more texture! The different shapes also give it a nice effect as well. I am say to say that one of my favorite glitter nail polish from CoverGirl has croaked on me, but I did find a nice replacement! Essie's line of luxe effects are really cute! I almost couldn't help myself and bought all the shades.

[TUTORIAL] - Holiday inspired look

Yay! Another video! I am really trying my best on making videos and posting them since I just got the hang of the program. Also it is a lot easier than stopping every step of the way to take a picture and describing the step. I hope you enjoy this tutorial. Its a holiday inspired look with the colors red, gold, and green. I'm still working on the angles and lighting so bear with me while I work on making it perfect!

[REVIEW] Tokidoki Brush Sets!

Yay! Finally right? This is my first video ANYTHING so please let me know if I need to change the lighting or angle. Also constructive criticism is much welcome! This is a review of my tokidoki brush sets that I've gotten in a recent Sephora haul. Also let me know if you want me to write a post about the brush sets also!

What to expect next?

So after a very long hiatus, I am very much alive by the way, I am ready to hop back on to my blog! This year has been the absolute worst for me. Besides graduating, nothing else has been working out for me. Everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong, and it has been a long journey. Hopefully with the new year coming along, things will pick up and fall into place!

I thought I'll start off this update with a look of what is to come! Though I haven't been updating as much as I wanted, I have been compiling photos and articles/notes of what I would like to post about. I even have a folder on my desktop labeled as such! So without much further ado, here is what to expect:

- Reviews on product hauls I have gotten during the hiatus
- Short video reviews (I got a tripod!)
- Make up tutorials
- Tips on how to survive the winter
- Holiday look ideas!

[REVIEW] - Bobbi Brown Pot Rouges

Hello fellow glam-aholics!

I know I haven't updated in a REALLY long time, but I've been having a tough time in life. I've been going through ups and downs of life and have had difficulty getting up in the morning at times. I'm slowly getting better, however, with the help of friends and family. There are days when I want to sleep my life away and there are days when I can get through my daily routines.
